When someone visits www.thetraininginitiative.co.uk, we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns.
We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
When you sign up to our services, your email address will be added to a mailing list managed by Mailchimp, a third-party provider used to deliver the newsletter. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing us with the title ‘Unsubscribe’ at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Any payments for courses carried out either by telephone or online, will be processed through Woocommerce’s secure online platform. This data is then securely transmitted to our selected third-party payment gateway, Stripe. The Training Initiative Group Ltd. does not store any information relating to Card details. Woocommerce and Stripe’s privacy policies can be viewed on their respective websites.
We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our customers for as long as needed to provide our services. The Training Initiative Ltd will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
